1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the sga388 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sga388 strictly enforces this requirement in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law that imposes criminal liability on the player. You are solely responsible for assessing the legality of your participation under local law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or any other sga388-operated service.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of sga388 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member thereof.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and access regularly.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Your date of birth confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure, unique password that is not used on other online services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sga388 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify sga388 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.

sga388 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. sga388 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

4.2 Processing Time. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful bank confirmation. sga388 is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system, payment processor downtime, or bank-imposed transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your sga388 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times by VIP tier are as follows:

• Standard: Up to 24 hours after approval.
• Bronze VIP: Up to 12 hours after approval.
• Silver VIP: Up to 6 hours after approval.
• Gold VIP and above: Under 2 hours after approval.

4.5 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal request will be approved until the Account holder has successfully completed KYC verification. sga388 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

4.6 Currency. All Account balances, wagering transactions, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sga388 does not accept or issue payments in any foreign currency directly. Any currency conversion costs are borne exclusively by the Player.

4.7 Refused Transactions. sga388 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or sanctions violations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. All bonus offers made available by sga388 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). The welcome bonus standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

5.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion:

• Video Slots: 100% contribution.
• Live Dealer Games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery): 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting (bandar bola — football betting markets): 100% contribution on pre-match singles; 50% on accumulator and mix parlay (multi-leg parlay) bets.
• Crash Games & Instant Win: 50% contribution.
• Poker & Table Games: 5% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific offer terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated, maximum winnings that may be withdrawn from a single bonus are capped at Rp 5.000.000. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.

5.6 Abuse & Fraud. sga388 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, use of automated software, or any other strategy intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.

5.7 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the sga388 Platform — including video slots, live dealer tables, crash games, togel, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live studio environments subject to independent third-party auditing. Game outcomes are determined independently of Platform commercial interests.

6.2 Sports Betting. Odds on sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are published in advance and are subject to change prior to match kick-off. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds are locked. sga388 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by verifiable irregularities, match abandonment, or force majeure.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a game, system, or network failure mid-round, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned at sga388's discretion. sga388 does not accept liability for losses arising from disconnections or device failures on the Player's side.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake values, displayed within the game interface. sga388 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the Platform's server log shall be final and binding. In the case of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's screen and the server record, the server record prevails.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sga388 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected errors must be reported immediately to support rather than exploited.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back any deposit processed via a bank or e-wallet without first raising a dispute with sga388 support.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sga388 staff members or other Platform users through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sga388 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sga388 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from sga388.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Use the sga388 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital service.

Any unauthorized use of sga388 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data

sga388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include: collection of identity documents for KYC purposes; recording of transaction history for compliance and anti-money-laundering obligations; use of session data and cookies to improve Platform functionality; and secure storage of all data on encrypted servers. sga388 does not sell personal data to third-party commercial entities. 10 Responsible Gaming

sga388 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga388 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, game results, or promotional information due to technical errors, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or Internet service outages.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain password security.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, sga388's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." sga388 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga388 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that participation in online gaming is subject to local legal considerations and accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian law.

13 Amendments

sga388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days following the change.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-Platform messaging.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account by contacting support.
